I have the Planning Process Binder from 2010, when I attended MPS (as LWP was then known). I am eager to see how I can improve my process.

I feel compelled to make one comment, however. I am put off by misspelled words. They were so rampant in the 2010 Process Binder that I had serious misgivings about getting the software. (I was very pleased and relieved that the software does not produce documents that contain misspelled words.) The point is, misspelled words undermine your credibility, create the impression of sloppiness (or worse), and are just plain inexcusable when spell-checking involves a few clicks of a mouse.

As I was scrolling through the new Binder, I saw the word "assemblying." I sighed and closed your website for another day when I have more patience and can focus on the tools rather than the glitches.
